Try to think back to your childhood for a second. Now, do you remember what it felt like when you had your first crush on someone? That's the feeling I experienced when I first saw the 23-window Samba Microbus. I was 6 years old at the time, but I can remember it like it was yesterday. The aqua-blue paint with the white roof. Those chrome wheels. And the windows. SO MANY WINDOWS! Since then, I've never loved a car (well, bus) more than the 23-window "splitter". And for the first time, it's coming to Forza. In an open-world game. In southern Europe. All I can say is...
Oh, and that was before I saw the Renault Alpine. And the XK120. AND EVEN THE WILLY'S JEEP. But that Microbus... that's my personal favorite. I've been waiting for the chance to drive that bus (even in a video game) for years. Let's just hope hope Turn 10 can make it as good as the real-life one (I doubt they won't, though).
Hope you guys don't mind that I did something a bit different than usual this time... just thought I might as well get this out there while I'm preparing for the next full review. Speaking of which.. stay tuned, I'll be writing a full review of a car from Forza 5 over the weekend.
Thanks for reading!
